By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

We provide professional video editing services including but not limited to:
• Short-form video editing (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Long-form video editing (YouTube, courses)
• Custom hooks and transitions
• Color grading and audio optimization
• Performance analysis and strategy calls (on select plans)

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

A. Payment Gateway:
• We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway
• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment confirmation is required before project commencement

B. Booking Fee:
• A booking fee of ₹49 is charged to reserve your strategy call slot
• This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE but will be adjusted against your first month’s invoice if you proceed with our services
• If you do not proceed, the booking fee is forfeited

C. Monthly Subscription:
• Services are billed monthly in advance
• Payment must be received before the start of each billing cycle
• Late payments may result in service suspension

D. Accepted Payment Methods:
• Credit/Debit Cards
• UPI
• Net Banking
• Razorpay-supported payment methods

3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

A. Booking Fee:
• NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances
• Adjustable against first month’s payment if service is activated

B. Monthly Subscription:
• No refunds for partial months
• Cancellation requires 30 days written notice
• No refund for unused portion of the current billing period
• Ongoing projects will be completed if payment has been received

C. Service Dissatisfaction:
• Revisions are included in your plan (2, 3, or unlimited depending on package)
• We will work with you to address quality concerns
• Refunds are issued only in cases of complete non-delivery or gross negligence (at our sole discretion)

D. Refund Processing:
• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable

4. SERVICE DELIVERY

A. Delivery Timelines:
• Essentials: 48 hours
• Growth: 36 hours
• Premium: 24 hours

B. Delivery Timeline Disclaimer:
• Timelines are estimates, not guarantees
• Delays may occur due to: unclear requirements, late feedback, technical issues, force majeure
• We will communicate delays promptly
• Repeated delays on your end may affect delivery timelines

C. Revisions:
• Revision rounds are as per your plan (2, 3, or unlimited)
• Each revision request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• Revisions must be related to the original project scope
• New requirements or scope changes may incur additional charges

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:
• Provide clear project requirements and specifications
• Share high-quality raw footage in supported formats
• Respond to queries and revision requests within 48 hours
• Provide timely feedback
• Ensure you have legal rights to all content you provide
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or offensive content

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

A. Your Content:
• You retain all rights to your raw footage and final deliverables
• You grant us a license to use your content solely for delivering services
• We will not use your content for marketing without written permission

B. Our Work:
• Final edited videos become your property upon full payment
• We retain the right to showcase our work in our portfolio (with your permission)
• Our editing techniques, processes, and proprietary methods remain our intellectual property

7. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service for content that:
• Violates copyright or intellectual property laws
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains explicit adult content (unless previously agreed)
• Violates community guidelines of major platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

A. Service Limitations:
• We provide editing services to the best of our ability
• We are NOT responsible for:
– Your video’s performance, views, or engagement
– Platform (YouTube/Instagram) algorithm changes
– Copyright strikes on your channel (if you provided copyrighted material)
– Loss of revenue or business opportunities

B. Maximum Liability:
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

C. No Guarantees:
• We do not guarantee specific results (views, likes, subscribers, revenue)
• Success depends on multiple factors beyond our control (content quality, audience, platform algorithms, etc.)

9. CONFIDENTIALITY & NDA

• We treat all client projects as confidential
• We will sign an NDA upon request
• We do not share your content with third parties (except service providers like cloud storage)
• Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by:
• Natural disasters
• Internet/server outages
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• Acts of terrorism or war
• Any event beyond our reasonable control

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate services if:
• Payment is not received
• You violate these Terms
• You engage in abusive behavior toward our team
• You repeatedly provide illegal or harmful content

Upon termination:
• Ongoing projects may be discontinued
• No refunds will be issued
• You must pay for all completed work

• Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance
